2013 Pricing Updates

I've eluded to the new 2013 pricing structure that Ashley Marie Photography will be following but I will now be in the process of updating the website to reflect it as 2012 is officially booked solid.

For the past two years Ashley Marie Photography has followed a more individualized pricing structure with different fees for different types of sessions.  Moving forward, as my time will be more limited and things a lot busier with our first baby expected in 2013, I'm changing to a more simplified structure to help everyone out!

Currently, on average, between $20-$30 is being spent on CD costs above and beyond the existing pricing structure.  It is our belief, that in an effort to provide the BEST possible photography services to current and new clients that the existing a la carte system can be at times confusing and therefore we have decided a more "all inclusive" style of pricing will better fit the needs of everyone.  If you have any questions or concerns, or simply would like additional information regarding our new structure, please do not hesitate to contact us.



The new pricing structure will be as follows:

1 Hour Session - $100
Includes:
-1 hour at the studio or outdoors within 25 miles round trip of 53403
-25 high resolution images on a CD

*This type of session fee would be applicable for maternity, children, families, seniors, and engagements*

90 Minute Session - $130
Includes:
-90 minutes at the studio or outdoors within 25 miles round trip of 53403
-35 high resolution images on a CD

*This type of session fee would be applicable for seniors, larger families, extended family sessions, and possibly engagement photos with multiple outdoor locations*

Newborn Session - $150
Includes:
-2 hours at the studio
-40 high resolution images on a CD

Baby's First Year - $350
Includes:
-Newborn, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, and 1 year sessions
-Each session is 1 hour in length except the newborn which is 2 hours
-Partial payment is due at each session $150 for the newborn and $50 for each milestone session
-40 high resolution images on a CD for newborn session
-25 high resolution images on a CD for each milestone session

Mini Baby's First Year - $250
Includes:
-Newborn, 6 month, and 1 year sessions
-Each session is 1 hour in length except the newborn which is 2 hours
-Partial payment is due at each session $150 for newborn and $50 for each milestone session
-40 high resolution images on a CD for newborn session
-25 high resolution images on a CD for each milestone session


Split Senior Session - $250
Includes:
-Two 90 minute sessions
-35 high resolution images on a CD for each session

Additional Fees
-Mileage over 25 miles round trip will be charged at current IRS rate ($0.55/mile)
-Studio set-ups in your home are subject to an additional $20/session charge
-Additional high resolution images may be purchased for your CD at $5 an image or 10 images for $30. There will still be the option to earn discounted or free additional images with print purchases!

Deposits
-Deposits will be required for all sessions in 2013
-A deposit of $50 will hold your appointment and will be deducted from your session fee
-Deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking your appointment and will hold your appointment time and date.
-Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if your appointment is reschedule with more than 48 hours notice
-No shows will forfeit all deposit monies

**Minis will most likely be available but they are special days only - pricing cannot be locked in for them as they are special events**

*All images on the CD will also be included in black and white and color*
